A note from me
I wasn’t looking for another course. I was looking for a different life.
Before I learned to code, I had a job I didn’t enjoy. The pay was low, and inflation ate it before it even reached my pocket. The working conditions, the short holidays, the kind of life waiting years down the line if I kept grinding—none of it felt like enough. And I couldn’t see a real way to grow.
I knew I wanted something different. I just wasn’t sure I was capable of changing direction. I found the courage anyway. I stumbled, worked hard, and made it.
Learning to code opened a way forward. It took me into work I genuinely love, and it helped me grow professionally, personally, and financially. Getting paid in a stable currency gave our family more security and more breathing room. Most importantly, I no longer feel stuck on a path with no future.
These days, a laptop and an internet connection are often all I need to work. That flexibility means I can travel with my family, hike the Norwegian fjords, snowboard in the Alps, and surf in France. More precious than any of that: I can actually be present in my family’s life. This field is vast—there are countless ways I can still grow. I no longer fear the future.
Code2Career grew out of that experience. I built the clear roadmap, the honest feedback, and the supportive community I wish I’d had when I started. I know the mistakes you’ll make and how you’ll feel along the way. I’ll do everything I can to keep you on track so you don’t get lost. Are you ready for a change?
